Project "Catching Up on Fall 2014 Blog Posts" continues with adorable little Jack.
This little boy... he had my heart during his session at our studio. He was about 10 days old and almost 10 pounds of pure newborn goodness when we shot his session. His big sister did such a wonderful job during her part of the session too.
I can't wait to work with them again this year. And they won the GRAND prize at my Studio Grand Opening event in January (a 16x20 Canvas Gallery Wrap!), so I can't wait to get that up on their walls this year. Good stuff!
Isn't he divine?
*Currently booking newborns 2-3 months in advance. Mamas-to-be: Be sure to contact me at the start of your 3rd trimester to reserve your spot.
Project "Catching Up on Fall 2014 Blog Posts" continues with this cute little pair of kiddos!
I have enjoyed working with this little duo since they were 2 and almost 5 years old. They have grown so much since then!
Their mama actually delivered my first baby, and I have loved knowing her and being her patient the last 10 years since moving to Austin. Her office (Renaissance Women's Group) is actually where my first Canvas Gallery Wrap displays went in way back in June 2012. And since then, several more displays and OB/GYN offices have been added, which has been so fun for me!

I loved working with this adorable family again! I first met them a little over a year ago at their sweet baby girl's newborn session. We even enjoyed getting their 2 little cousins in the pictures too for that newborn session as well as the session a year later.

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to form relationships with my clients and work with them year after year and watch their families and babies grow. It is such an honor.
Enjoy a sneak peek into our morning together. I love that we ended the session on the playground and got so many sweet images of them just playing.
I first met this beautiful mama back in the late 90's when we were freshmen in college at Iowa State University and lived across the hall from one another.
We've stayed in touch over the years, and when they moved to Dallas about a year ago, I was so excited when she asked me to do her family's portraits one weekend when they were visiting Austin.
We headed to South Congress ("SoCo") for some good times and adorable photo opps. Sometimes in life's busy-ness, I forget what a colorful, vibrant, cool city I live in. It's nice to get back to the cool downtown spots every now and then with my camera.
I love how their session turned out. Enjoy a sneak peek into our afternoon together.
