Valentine's Day Mini-Sessions are Here! {Austin Children Photographer}

I am excited to announce that I will be offering Valentine's Day mini-sessions!  Just 4 spots available.

Details:

• For children only.  *Children must be sitting up unassisted.  South Austin.
• Thursday, Jan. 31st (Indoors - up to 2 kids*.  Starting at 9:45am.)
• Saturday, Feb. 2nd (Outdoors - up to 3 kids*.  Starting at 9:00am.)
• 20-minute mini-session
• $200 + tax
• Paperwork and payment are due one week before mini-session

Includes: 

• 5 high-resolution and fully edited digital images on CD with print release
• 12 5x7 custom Valentine photo cards -or- 24 custom Valentine wallets (See samples below)
• 5 free online / Facebook share images (same images as your high-resolution digital images, but sized and watermarked for safe online sharing) 

CDs and custom Valentine photo cards will be ready for pickup 5 business days after mini-sessions.  

Our indoor session backdrop will be simple and clean with fun props and love-themed accessories, which allows you to get those kiddos dressed up in something super FUN and colorful for this love-themed mini-session!

What-to-Wear Ideas: (A great place to look for cute clothing ideas is on Pinterest.)

• BOYS: Denim overalls (with no shirt underneath), bowtie, tie, suit jacket, newsboy cap, etc.
• GIRLS: Anything pink, red, and girlie.  And Tutus are super cute!
• FUN: Red lipstick "kisses" on their cheeks (wait until you arrive to put them on cheeks)
• We have several cute things you can use... heart chalkboards, lace rompers (for girls 6 months to 2 years), bowtie, etc.  Just note it on your paperwork if you want to use something on our prop list.  

Card options: Be sure to note which you prefer on your paperwork.  12 5x7 cards (and select the one you want below) or 24 wallets (select the one you want in wallet section below).  Additional cards, wallets, prints, fine art products and/or digital images are available for purchase.

2. Text for the card (Word for word how you want it to read.  It needs to be about the same number of words as you see on the templates so that the text fits.)
3. The images you want.  (For vertical spots, choose a vertical image.  For horizontal/landscape spots, choose that type of image so that they fit in given space.

Wildflower Weekend Mini-Sessions = HUGE Savings!

Let me start out by saying - I love bluebonnet photos.  I really do.  And I drooled over the beautiful bluebonnet shots the photogs I follow got this season.  (I was sad to miss bluebonnet minis, but I was busy having a little wildflower of my own, new baby Avah.)  But I also feel like everyone and their dog (me included - see bottom of this post) has bluebonnet photos.  And I think that the wildflowers out right now are even more beautiful than the bluebonnets because of all the greens, yellows, reds, and oranges! 

And who knows when we'll ever have another spring this rainy to provide all of these amazing colors.  Something tells me it could be awhile. 

This morning I went for a run with my kiddos in the double stroller, and we were pretty much in a field (on a path) in the middle of thick wildflowers admiring their beauty.  And then I realized, "Why not have a Wildflower Weekend of mini-sessions?!"

Working with Miss Gia Again {Austin Family and Child Photographer}

I had a fun morning working with Miss Gia and her family again last weekend!  (Click here for a cute video from our first meeting.)

Talk about a family that makes my job easy... These guys are so much fun to work with!  And Miss G didn't make one fuss.  I think she loves smiling for my camera and watching her mom and dad dance behind me for those smiles.  :)

The H Family {Austin Family Photographer}

It was so great working with the H family again this fall!  I first worked with Stephanie for a fitness shoot (click here), and then followed that up several months later with a maternity shoot (click here and here).  So it was fun to meet her baby boy and do a family shoot this time around!

Capture those sweet smiles as the kids prepare for another great school year!  Mini-sessions are 20 minutes in length and will be held in a beautiful park in South Austin.  Price includes up to 2 children.  Please add $10 for any additional children, family members, or pets up to 6 total. 

Back-2-School mini-sessions are $100 and they include the following: 

• Online viewing gallery for you and your friends for 2 weeks
• 2 - 8x10s 
• 2 - 5x7s 
• 16 wallets (1 pose).   
• Additional prints and CD of images from our session are available a la carte. 
• CD of 15 images from our session is available for $75.  Images are high resolution and beautifully edited and come along with a printing release so you may share and print images any way you wish.
