I recently enjoyed doing headshots of Jennifer and Taylor from Count and Castle Interior Design.  Talk about one talented mama... Jennifer is not only an award-winning interior designer, she also manages to keep up (like a supermama!) with three little boys 4 and under.  You can check out her website here.

Head Shots... 18 Years Later

This hard working professional emailed me and said she was looking for a few head shot images.  She had been working in Austin for over 18 years and had never gotten a head shot taken.  I told her I knew just the person to end that 18 year streak!  :)

It is so good for everyone (no matter what their profession) to have at least one good head shot in their file to use with their online profiles (Facebook, Linkedin, etc.), their professional things, or just to have in case. Austin Photographer {Carol's Headshots}

I had a great session with Carol.  She contacted me, because she needed a few head shots for the launch of her book, "Think. Create. Sell."  It was so interesting learning about her life's journey toward starting her own business, and now writing her very own book. 

I am so inspired by women who have a dream and work very hard to make it a reality.  I feel like that is what I am continually in the process of doing with photography, and love being surrounded by such strong, empowered, and dream seeking women.  And I love learning little time management secrets of busy mamas like myself!

Head Shot Mini-Sessions - May 11th!

We all know how hard it is to find the time and energy to keep a good head shot of ourselves on file these days.  But it is so important that we do - so that we don't find ourselves using a photo that "isn't so recent." 

Are you needing a fresh head shot to keep in your back pocket, use for your website, facebook profile, or portfolio?  

I am doing a mini-session day on May 11th from 4-5pm in a beautiful park in South Austin.  (Otherwise, I also have the "15/2" package option for $40 to use another time.)

For just $40, get a 15-minute sitting plus 2 beautifully edited images along with a printing release.  (This means that you may print, share, and use them any way you wish.)  Images will be emailed right to you within one week of your session!
